No gatekeeping.
No pressure. No pretense.
I’m Jillian, a New Hampshire local who somehow went from avoiding wine altogether to putting in the hours and hours to study for my WSET certifications.
It was not love at first sip. For a long time, wine felt complex and gross, and I was convinced it simply wasn’t for me.
But somewhere along the way, curiosity won out. One exploratory glass led to another, a few patient unintentional teachers crossed my path, and I started noticing small moments of magic in the chemistry of grapes. Gradual confidence followed. So did intrigue. Now I spend my time exploring why wines taste the way they do and helping others feel comfortable doing the same.
My goal is simple. I want more people to enjoy wine without intimidation. No gatekeeping, no pressure, no pretense. Just clear explanations, practical guidance, and the gentle reminder that your palate is already more capable than you think. If I can help make the world of wine a little more accessible and a lot more enjoyable, then I’m exactly where I want to be.
